OSTRY F1
A mildly hot pepper mainly for open field production. The two main characteristics that make this variety desirable are its uniform, attractive pyramid-shaped fruits and earliness to harvest. The thick-fleshed fruits ripen from light green to red. It is similar to our sweet pepper SLAVY.
SOMBORIUS F1
The name of this pepper type is derived from the Serbian city of Sombor. It is harvested mainly in technical maturity, when the fruits have creamy color. The fruits are suitable for direct consumption, canning or grilling. The wide shape of the fruit makes it ideal for stuffing. At full botanical maturity, the fruits are light red. In Balkan fields you can find many variations of Somborka, which differ from each other in fruit shape, earliness or hotness. We´ve selected two nice lines from several local versions which are the parents of our new very early hybrid. It differs from local varieties of this type mainly by more uniform habit of plants and thick fleshy fruits. Uniform fruit setting during all growing period is also important advantage of this hybrid. SOMBORIUS is suitable not only for growing in greenhouses or hoophouses. It is ready for stress weather and fully recommended for open field growing in Central European conditions as well.
SOMBORIUS MAX F1
This early, medium high hot pepper follows our hybrid SOMBORIUS. Again, it is a Balkan pepper of the popular SOMBORKA type. As the name suggests, SOMBORIUS MAX has a larger and a longer fruit compared to its brother. Therefore it is perfectly suited not only for processing - AJVAR, slicing, canning, staffing - but also for the fresh market. Its hotness is reduced to about 400 SHU which makes this pepper more friendly for those who do not like peppers with higher SHU so much.
DRAKY F1
A hot kapia type pepper. The conical firm fruits are uniform in size, shape and ripen from green to dark red. May be harvested when green or red. For fresh market or processing.
PALIVEC
A medium long "ram’s" horn. The medium hot dark red fruits are suitable for fresh market or canning. The top of the fruit is sweet, the hotness of flesh gradually increases the closer one gets to the seeds.
BARKOL
A mid-early long "ram’s" horn pepper. The medium hot dark red fruits are suitable for fresh market or canning. The top of the fruit is sweet and the hotness of flesh gradually increases the closer one get to the seeds.
KOSOVA GOLD (SM YES)
This pepper was specially bred for the Balkan market where this type of chilli is very popular. However, we believe that it will find its fans in other countries as well. KOSOVA GOLD differs from our well-known Kristian yellow chili pepper in fruit size, ripening and hotness. The fruits of KOSOVA GOLD are significantly larger. They ripen gradually from light green through creamy-white to yellow. Their heat is around a pleasant 3,500 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).
OHNIVEC
The Czech name of this variety name means „Fire boy“ and it exactly describes this variety. OHNIVEC is a medium hot „ram’s horn“ type. The fruits ripen from light green to red and may be harvested in both colors. Recommended for fresh market and processing
SRILANUS F1
For many reasons this unique pepper does not deny its Ceylon roots. The fruits resemble „banana“ type peppers. But fruits of SRILANUS are shorter. The flesh is thicker, juicier and significantly but pleasantly hot. SRILANUS will surprise you with really high yield of uniform fruits in shape and size during all growing period. The fruits are harvested mainly at technical maturity when they are light green. Harvest is also possible at full botanical maturity when fruits are light red. We can recommend SRILANUS not only for growing in greenhouse or hoophouse but also for open field production. The plants of SRILANUS are mediumsized in indoor cultivation. When grown outdoors in Central Europe its growth is lower. SRILANUS is also reliable variety for outdoor summer growing in containers.
KORAL
A very hot cherry pepper. The fruits of this early variety ripen from dark green to a very attractive red color. They have an excellent quality at both green and red stages. The plants stand adverse weather conditions very well. Good for fresh market or drying. Excellent for pickling as a single fruit. One piece of KORAL in a jar with pickling cucumbers creates a really nice mildly hot flavor of all cucumbers.
ORANGE KORAL
ORANGE KORAL is an early maturing very hot cherry type. The fruits ripen from dark green to very attractive yellow-orange color. The fruits have an excellent quality at both green and yelloworange stages. The plants stand adverse weather conditions very well. Good for fresh market but also suitable for pickling. ORANGE KORAL and KORAL look fantastic in a mix.
DAMIAN
Our three highly recommended, slim fruited, hot chili peppers. Initial color of all three varieties is green, and when mature, DAMIAN turns red, KILIAN orange and KRISTIAN yellow. Fruits are about 8 cm long. They all perform well in indoor pots, greenhouses or hoophouses and are perfect varieties for trellising. Matures early in open field, too.

PALINDA F1
A Hungarian ALMA type of pepper that is mildly hot. Fruits have an excellent flavor and juicy, thick flesh. Ideal for fresh market in its unripe creamy white stage, they eventually ripen to light red. Perfect for stuffing and for canning.
JALAHOT F1
Jalapeno peppers are very popular, especially in Mexico and the USA. The cylindrical fruits are juicy and thick-walled with typical checking (shallow cracks that indicate that the fruits are ready for harvest) in the skin. They are about 7 cm long and 3 cm wide. They are typically eaten dark green though they have an excellent hot and sweet flavor once they turn red. The plants are vigorous, high yielding and widely adapted. In colder regions (Central Europe and other areas with similar weather) growing in greenhouses or hoophoses is highly recommended, while in warmer regions they can be successfully grow in open field. About 10,000 SHU at full red maturity.
