Purple onions weigh from 70 to 90 grams. They contain 9-11 plump cloves covered with nice dark purple skin. OTAKAR has medium-wide dark green leaves that are sharply erect and almost do not bend. The advantages of this new garlic include not only earliness and very attractive appearance but also a good health, long storability and strong but nice garlic flavor.

Under Central European conditions the bulbs are harvested between 15- -20th July. Performs well in adverse weather conditions, producing big yields in both dry and wet conditions. Stores well. Grows vigorously in the spring, making this variety very good for bunching. Long day type.

It has smaller than average bulbs (30 to 50 grams) with a fine white creamy skin. It contains 10 to 12 narrow curved cloves, with a light violet skin. ADAM is well adapted to low temperatures and is suitable for very early spring plantings. The most important advantages of this variety are long-term shelf life (bulbs can be successfully stored until the new harvest) and excellent plant health. Intermediate to long day type.

The medium-sized bulbs weigh 70-90 grams and have a papery skin that is white with light yellow veining. The bulbs are firm, tightly enclosed, and resistant to splitting even after overripening. They contain 6-8 medium-sized cloves of light brown color with purple markings. Other advantages of this variety include its mild garlic flavor and long shelf life.
